Rewrite the Code is the workshop for companies that want to make a true commitment and actively work to create change and improvement.
More than just a lecture – we help you drive real transformation.
Our training increases awareness of the challenges within the tech industry and provides the knowledge needed to identify and address discrimination and exclusion. It also helps build understanding of unconscious bias and invisible norms, while removing feelings of guilt or shame for those who are currently excluded.
In the end, it’s a tool for driving change – empowering leaders, employees, and allies to build an inclusive industry where everyone can thrive, contribute, and help shape society.
